VELORA — Shipping Policy

At VELORA, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly across the United Arab Emirates.

DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver to all emirates within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for select areas)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Complimentary shipping is available on orders that meet the minimum order value displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through our courier's website.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will make up to two additional attempts. If delivery continues to fail, your order may be returned to us. In this case, please contact us at hello@velora.ae to arrange redelivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@velora.ae with your order number and supporting photos. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
